  • Cream together sugar oil and eggs
  • Add rest of ingredients.
  • Bake in greased floured 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  1. Tasted just like chocolate cake, very moist. Directions need to state to add the zucchini before the dry ingredients, other wise to hard to mix. I had to use a food processor after I tried using my hand mixer.
     
  2. Oh my - these are moist & delicious! The true test - my 16 yr old DD had friends over and they loved them (no one suspected the zucchini). I substituted choc chips for the nuts and I always use egg substitute for eggs & canola oil to make recipes lighter. I also added a frosting (see the frosting in recipe #133383) that really made a nice finishing touch!
