Ww 4 Pt. Diet Soda Cake

"I got this recipe from a WW group a few years ago. I have made it so much that it is often requested (even by men). I like to match the color of the drink with the color of the cake (ie: Sprite with yellow, coke with chocolate, etc.) I really like the diet cherry coke with a devils food cake. Be creative! I think that it is 4 pts. per slice, and the slices are big."

ingredients

• 510.29 g package cake mix, any kind
• 340.19 g can diet soda, any kind
• 99.22 g package jello sugar free fat free instant pudding mix, any flavor
• 340.19 g container Cool Whip Free (sugar free fat free)

directions

1. Mix cake mix and can of drink together using mixer.
2. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
3. Bake according to package directions.
4. While cake is baking, make pudding mixture using ff milk.
5. When cake is cooled, top with pudding then cool whip.
6. Note: It is usually better the longer it sits in the fridge because the cake gets very moist.

This cake is absolutely delightful. I added 3 egg whites to the cake to make it fluffy. I made this using devils food flavor cake, coke zero and white chocolate pudding mix. Yum!!!!

Oh my dear Lord this is good!! I think I made comments the whole time I was eating it. I used lemon cake, lemon pudding and a diet orange soda...perfection. I cut the cake into 16 "normal" size pieces so I can have it for only 2 points...then it doesn't sound as bad when I eat two :) Thank you so much I can't wait to try chocolate cake w/cherry coke.
