I got this from a Weight Watchers online support group and hope it's as good as it sounds!
Make and share this Whipped Peanut Butter Substitute (One 1 Point) recipe from Food.com.
- Mix with whisk, blender, mixer, or food processor and refrigerate overnight!
- Use just like peanut butter.
Oh my -- so fabulous! Lots of creamy peanut butter flavor without the calories and easy on the pocketbook. Thank you so much for posting!
I love peanut butter and this recipe not only cuts the calories almost in half but the creamy taste is really good. I used low fat peanut butter and i did use my mixer. I will substitute for regular peanut butter out of the jar from now on...thanks for sharing!!!
Woohoo! Awesome! I used Adams, too, and it came out beautifully with all those little peanut particles. It's almost like a thick sauce, but it's still real peanut butter and is fantastic spread on homemade bread. I have been mourning my beloved (high fat and calorie) peanut butter since I cut way back on it a year ago, but now I can eat it a bit more often with this half-the-calories version. God bless you, chungry1.
