  1. I rarely bake anything other than bread so I was puzzled how something with no fat and no liquid could possible work. It was great!!! I had my family over for dinner and decided to make this for them. Thumbs up all around. Made for Susie's World Tour.

  2. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe Nif. It's wonderful, light, tender and flavorful. It was quick and really easy to make. Made for Susie's World Tour - Argentina.

  3. What a delicious cake and so easy to make. I was pleasantly surprised that the cake was not overly sweet considering the amount of sugar. I had apples that were begging to be used and this cake was perfect. I had salted caramel sauce on hand so I used that on top; however, I'm saving your caramel recipe for next time as it looks very easy to make.

  5. Mmmm, what a SUPER TASTY apple cake!!! I made it for breakkie this morning and enjoyed its fruity flavour and soft texture very much! What a great start into the day! :) I used whole spelt flour to make it a bit more nutritious and reduced the sugar quite a bit as for me the sweetness from the fruit is enough. THANKS SO MUCH for sharing this yummylicious recipe, Nif! Ill definitely make it again! Made and reviewed for Potluck Tag August 09.

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
