I made these yesterday to take to my kids school, which is a good thing because I could have eaten them all. I did roll them in sugar I like mine a little sweeter. I also dipped the tops of the balls in chopped pecans mixed with sugar. Awesome recipe! Thanks so much for posting, I will be making these again next week!

This dough is so moist and delicious! We all loved it, even without frosting. I love love love sfot cookies, and these were perfect. The cook time was exactly right, something I always appreciate, and the cookies came out fluffy and light just as they should. I think they could have used just a little more sugar, but that's just personal preference. I subbed the oil for apple sauce (I ran out of oil!) and it was great. The recipe really did make 6 dozen cookies, and good sized cookies at that. I've got 2 dozen in the freezer, and can't wait to see how they turn out :) Thanks Jill!
