Four stars from me because I wish there had been a sweeter topping...like the ones you find at the grocery stores with a little bit of cream cheese glaze. My mom, however, gave this 5 stars and said "this is what coffee cake is supposed to taste like!"

I made this for the ZWTII. I made this for a Dessert, but I also think it would be Fantastic for Breakfast or Brunch with a Cup of Coffee or Tea!

This was such a good coffee cake. I really enjoyed it....so did my company!! The hint of almond was perfect! Thank you so much for posting a keeper!!
