      This is excellent! I like to use 2 cups of rhubarb and it also works well with one cup of rhubarb and one cup of strawberries. Thanks for posting!

      This is a good recipe! This smelled so good baking!! The streusel makes it look and taste difficult but it's easy to make!! The rhubarb is so tart-sweet and good baked in this cake! It is a very light cake so it would make a good breakfast. Thanks!!!
