I was craving some chocolaty, peanut buttery and fudgy all in one. This fit the bill! It isn't as fudgy as pure fudge but it's real close. Thanks for sharing this quick and easy recipe. Yes, it is quite sweet but keeps calling you for more.

Moxie, this is a great recipe for the kids, next time I will get the grandchildren to help, I think they would love it. I really like when you eat then the chocolate melts and you are left with the oats to have a chew on the peanut comes through real strong a very nice cookie and so easy to make. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC Spring 2010.

These are cooling on the table now... and we are happily picking at them. My 4 yo loved helping scoop the cookies onto the parchment paper. I added extra peanut butter cause I love it, used a touch more cocoa, and used rolled oats, as that's all we have in the house. Might cut back a touch on the sugar next time, as these are VERY sweet, but I love that you can actually taste the peanut butter in these. Thanks for sharing!

These are the first cookies that my grandma taught me to make, and I am glad to find a recipe for them again!
