Passover Rolls

"These are strictly kosher for Passover rolls. I grew up eating these as part of my passover lunches all the time I was in school. Make a lot, they go fast!!"

  • Dissolve sugar and salt in boiling water.
  • Pour over matzoh meal Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Add eggs and oil to matzo meal mixture.
  • Form rolls the size of hamburger rolls.
  • Place on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
