- 157.80 ml vital wheat gluten (1/2 cup)
- 157.80 ml barley flour (1/2 cup)
- 157.80 ml oat flour (1/2 cup)
- 157.80 ml almond flour (1/2 cup)
- 36.97 ml soy protein (2 tablespoons)
- 78.78 ml sunflower seeds (1/4 cup)
- 78.78 ml pumpkin seeds (1/4/ cup)

- Select Medium crust (or to taste).
- Select dough size.
- Press Start.
- When cycle is completed, transfer bread to wire rack to cool.
- Bread slices best when allowed to cool.
