- 118.29 ml peanut butter
- 118.29 ml butter or 118.29 ml margarine
- 591.47 ml butterscotch chips (or 1 pkg)
- 157.80 ml flaked coconut
- 709.77 ml colored miniature marshmallows
- 0.25 ml salt
- 4.92 ml vanilla
directions
- Butter a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In a double boiler or in the microwave, melt peanut butter, butter and butterscotch chips; stir until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix to combine.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan; smooth out with back of spoon.
- Cool in the refrigerator.
- Cut into bars.

I wanted to make these, but realized that I only had 1 1/2 cups of butterscotch chips. I substitued 1 cup choc. for the missing chips. The combo. with the choc. chips was simply awesome! I sometimes find butterscotch chip flavour overpowering, so I think the choc. chips tempered the flavour of the butterscotch. So yummy! I stored these in the fridge.
