  1. This is a good recipe for this type of cookie. They are easy to make and taste precisely the way this cookie should. They are very sweet so a few go a long way. They would also be good made with cornflakes. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

  2. Excellent No-Bake cookies. Loved the extra coco in these. They went together so easily. I used honey roast crunchy peanut butter that I think added a lot of flavor. I used 1/2 sugar and 1/2 brown sugar and 2% milk as well as Smart Balance butter to help with the calories. I'll absolutely make these again. My Grandkids will love these. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I made these to satisfy a sweet craving. I needed something sweet and I needed it NOW! I made these, changing the serving size the ten and they turned out great. Here are the things I like about these cookies: They are quick and easy. I didn't even dirty any measuring cups, I just eyeballed everything. They contain oats, a healthful ingredient, so you can feel better about eating sweeties. And of course, they taste good. I also used old fashioned oats, and they were perfectly good, especially the next day. This is the perfect recipe when you find out need to bring some kind of snack to a get together on short notice. I had everything I needed in the kitchen already without having to make a trip to the store. I am sure I will make these again. Thanks for sharing!

  4. It's summer here and no one wants to turn on the oven. I have a jar of peanut butter that is super crunchy and perfect for cookies. To recipezaar I go to look for something to do with it. Along came this recipe waalaa cookies without the heat! I used half white sugar and the other half brown sugar kept all the rest of the ingredients the same. The directions say to cook for 5 minutes, I took that to mean simmer and that is what I did. I waited to add the vanilla until after cooking and mixing in the peanut butter. Mixed in the oatmeal (old fashion not quick) and dropped cookies :) It's very hot here so they do need to be in the refridgerator to keep firm. They are delicious! They are chewy due to the oatmeal, but not overly. I think that next time I may use chinese chow mein crunchy noodles instead of the oatmeal and see how those taste. Thank you for posting Chef! I will fix these again!
