directions

  • Mix first 8 ingredients together until mix well. Bake in a 350 over for 30 minutes.
  • As soon as you take cake out of the over spread Craft marshmello cream over the top. Let set until cooled completely.
  • Mix frosting ingredients together with a wooden spoon until it becomes whipped. Spread over cake when completely cooled. This recipes is great to double and keep one itthe freezer.

  1. SO SWEET and SO FUDGY and so amazing. I've never had MMC before, & have no need to try any other recipe! I baked mine in a 9x13 pan - the recipe didn't say what size. I used the marshmallow cream, & the only other thing I did different is that I didn't mix the pecans directly into the frosting - I sprinkled them on top. Also, my cake wasn't completely cooled when I put the frosting on, so it kind of melted a little and got a super thin crispy crust on top.I took it w/me to Bible study tonight, Iand all the ladies loved it!
