- 2 egg whites
- 177.44 ml sugar
- 0.25 ml salt
- 0.25 ml cream of tartar
- 2.46 ml peppermint extract
- 0.19 ml green food coloring
- 141.74 g chocolate chips, mint flavored preferably
directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Beat egg whites in a glass bowl until stiff.
- Gradually add sugar, salt, cream of tartar, peppermint extract and food color.
- Fold in chips.
- Drop on buttered cookie sheet.
- Turn oven off, and leave in two hours or overnight.
