These cookies are delicious and so easy to make. They're a bit like a chocolate shortbread with chocolate chips.
Delicious cookies! I also used regular sized chocolate chips in these with no problem. I found I couldn't roll the dough into balls, so I just dropped them on the sheet and pressed them with the floured glass bottom as the instructions indicated. These are great with a nice cold glass of milk. Thanks for posting. Made for the Tea Party Photo Forum 2010.
ooh! These just melt in your mouth! Love them! I made the recipe as written except dropping the chocolate chips to only 1 cup. Still a bit too much for me, maybe I'll try 1/2 a cup next time. This ones headed to my tried a true cook book!
Excellent cookie! I made these over the Christmas holiday because one of my friends was allergic to eggs. What a shame should she not have any holiday cookies to enjoy! These were a hit - even us those not allergic to eggs enjoyed them very much! The only change I made is that I didn't have any mini chocolate chips. So I just used the regular size, and put in one 12-oz bag. Thank you, luvthezaar, for posting this recipe! I've recently baked these since the holidays because I didn't have any eggs. Very tasty cookie!
YUUUUUMMMMMMMYYYYYYYY!!!! wonderful biccies. Absolutely surpassed expectations! thankyou for such an easy kiddy recipe too, although between you and me, I think she prefered the cookie dough! I made these with my 3 yr old, and they turned out beaut. Thanks
Yum Yum Yum, I used margarine instead of butter and a bag of solid easter eggs chopped up instead of the chocolate chips and they were fantastic!!! I had visitors who raved, a husband that is allergic to eggs who was very happy with them, a 2 year old that wanted them for dinner last night and breakfast today and right now some very happy co workers munching on them for morning tea.
