- 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 226.79 g container Cool Whip (divided)
- 2 (56.69 g) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 295.73 ml milk
- 198.44 g bag coconut
directions
- Whisk 2 boxes pudding mix with milk.
- Stir in 1/2 Cool Whip.
- Add coconut.
- Pour into pie shell and add other half Cool Whip to top of pie.
- Refrigerate.
