I have made this pie several times and everyone loves it! Added a little extra lemon zest to it one of the times which was a mistake. It's perfect just the way it's written!

Loved it! I made it in the microwave, stirring every minute or so. Super easy, super fast and super delicious, can't beat that. I was bad though, I had to use the bottled lemon juice as I couldn't talk hubby into retrieving the last few lemons from our tree that are too high for me to reach. Thanks Kitten!

I made this in a graham cracker crust-my crust fell apart totally, so I had to spoon pie onto desert plates. But the taste couldn't be beat. I like a strong lemon taste and the sour cream made the lemon taste stronger than in most lemon pies. Will definately make this one again!

Well, I love lemons & was very tempted to add more zest, but I didn't ~ just followed the recipe right down the line, & I'm glad I did! As is indicated, this pie is 'very lemony' & the taste is OUTSTANDING! Will definitely be making this one again & again! Thanks SO MUCH for posting it!

Fantastic and really quick to make. Creamy and lemony, silky smooth with a whipped cream top. I used Honey Graham Pie Crust Honey Graham Pie Crust with great results. My picky boys absolutely devoured this. Two of them (ages 7 and 4) ate half the pie, which is an indication of just how good this is! We just happened to have some beautiful strawberries with dinner and while they do make a lovely garnish, I have visions of using the pie filling in simple parfaits with fresh blueberries or strawberries, topped with whipped cream. Yum! Thanks, Kittencal, this one's SO GOOD!

Well, what can I say except I really liked this pie. It was so cool and creamy. I baked mine in a pastry crust and topped with cool whip. It was easy to prepare. My husband usually doesn't eat lemon pie but he liked this. Thanks KITTENCAL. Bullwinkle

O-M-G ! everyone should try this pie. the lemon filling is so good, it's so creamy and so simple to make. I only added about 3/4 cup of sour cream as that was all I had, and it was just wonderful. I made mine in a graham cracker crust and used cool whip to top it, whoooooo talk about delicious, I couldn't stop licking the spoon!. This deserves way more than 5 stars! THANK YOU KITTENCAL.
