I made these according to the recipe with exception of greasing the cookie sheet (I forgot but it didn't matter) and they were great! All our guests over the holidays asked to take some home. My husband couldn't get enough and has been begging me to make more.

These are one of my favorite cookies . I have made these on many occasions and everyone raves. So lemony...yummmmm The only difference is I use an 8 oz. container of cool whip not 16 oz. Seems to me they would be very soupy with any more cool whip than this.

Wow! These are tasty, I am a batter lover and I think I ate more of it than the actual cookies! In ur photos they look a lot thicker than mine did. R u sure that u r supposed to use a whole 16 oz cool whip? Mine spread out very thin in the oven and started cooking together??? Non The less they tasted great and I will make again...maybe adding less cool whip. Thanks
