  1. I LOVE these!! I used creamed honey and organic blue agave sweetener instead of syrup (way less sugar) and added 1/2c choc chips. I also used two eggs as suggested by another reviewer. They came out very moist and fluffy, but next time I'll try just one egg. I used a food processor to crush my Kashi GoLean cereal, but I will do it by hand next time (if I crush it at all) to get a little more crunch in the cookie. I might add more cereal as well. I think more craisins would be nice and maybe some flax seed meal too. I can tell I am going to have so much fun playing around with this recipe, thank you so much for posting!!! :)

  3. I love finding healthy recipes that my kids will eat!!!! I used spelt flour, and added 1/2 cup of organic chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds. They definatly tasted very "healthy", but my kids gobbled them up!!! *If you are looking for a really sweet cookie you can call healthy, this ISN'T for you. But if you really want a good healthy cookie that you can feel good about giving to your kids this recipe is it!!!!!

  4. I was looking for a low sugar recipe and this is wonderful! Next time, I'll use two eggs. I didn't have cranberries so I used golden raisins and currants. I also added nuts. It makes a rich but wonderful cookie. Thank you.
