      Friends raved over this pie...one who has lived in Key West said it was the best he has had since leaving the Keys. Very easy to make. Will make again. Be sure to use Key Lime juice.

      This is an excellent Key Lime Pie. (FYI:It took me 2 pounds of Key Limes to make 1 cup of juice.) The sour cream topping is so much better than meringue or whipped cream. I didn't use the crust recipe, I love the combination of ginger and lime so I made a gingersnap crust instead of graham crackers which was very good. I will make this again and again and again...Thanks Mindy.

      This is the absolute best Key Lime Pie that I have ever had!!!!!!! All of the desserts that I have tried by Emeril have been phenomenal and this one is too!! I love how the sweetened sour cream layer just blends so wonderfully with the flavor of the pie. It is a part of the pie, it no longer tastes like sour cream when you put the confectioner's sugar in it. I also love the home-made crust with this, it turned out great!!! I think my search for the perfect Key Lime Pie is over, will make this one from now on!! Love, love, love this pie!!! Thanks for posting!!!

      I used this recipe in a "pie cook off" and I won!! And it was the first time I had ever mede a Key lime pie. Thank-you for posting this reipe. I was a little scared to use sour cream as a topping, but it really worked well with the other ingredients, Yummy!!!!
