This is excellent--it's basically real whipped cream with chocolate and sugar added. The texture is perfect for mousse, or a cake filling, and it's not overly-sweet. And it's SO EASY. Loved this.

I doubled this recipe and it came out perfect. I cringe when I think of how much time I took to make my "old" recipe for filling layers of cake and the ease with which this recipe came out. Dh of course had to try it, thus the doubling of the recipe. He gave it a thumbs up for flavor!! Thanks Gingerbee!!

The best! Finally a mousse without raw eggs. For additional " fluffyness" I sometimes add 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese (Quark). Have been using this recipe for almost a year, sorry I haven't rated it earlier.
