These cookies are rich, delicious, and easy to make. It is not my recipe -- I found it at Cooks.com under the title "Simple, Sinful Chocolate Cookies". I took a chance as there were no ratings and they came out so good I had to share. I used organic chunky valencia peanut butter in mine.
Directions:
1
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan and cook for 1 minute after mixture reaches rolling boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oatmeal. Mix. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Refrigerate.
Ratings & Reviews:
Made a big pan instead of drop cookies, and cut them into squares. They were excellent, but next time I might add more peanut butter.

This is a great recipe for no bake cookies. I cut back on the cocoa for personal preference, but they were gone within minutes.
