    Chocolate Mousse Crepes with Grand Marnier Sauce

      this was as rich & delicious as the name implied. I made two subs: I had no Grand Marnier (I know, kind of missing the point, right?) so I used 1 tsp mint extract in place of the Grand Marnier and the orange zest, to make a mint sauce. I also used whole wheat flour. I would make this again with two changes: the salt in the crepes was too much, I'd put in 1/4-1/2 tsp at the most. Also, the amount of sauce was excessive for the amount of crepes--I'd make 1/2 the amount at the most.

      Wow- this was great! This was the ending to a roast tenderloin dinner I recently hosted for 20 people and everyone LOVED this.The Grand Marnier sauce is wonderful with the rich,dark chocolate- very yummy indeed! Thanks for sharing this- it was a winner at my house!

      What a nice treat. This is a rich dessert and the Grand Marnier sauce is awesome. Prep time took a bit longer for me but it was worth it. I love the hint of orange with the chocolate and the presentation is so pretty. Definitely a dessert for a special occasion, thank you for sharing Rita.
