These are delicious!!! I halved the recipe, and split the ball in two, so I could roll out one halve while the other one is in the fridge. They're soft our of the oven, but the next day they were slightly harder. But if you pop a cookie in the microwave for 8 seconds, there are soft. I baked medium size cookies, for about 9 minutes. Will definitely be making them again!

I baked these up yesterday for a Valentine's treat. Very good, although I may have overbaked mine a bit. Since they were a little drier than I wanted, I cheated and bought a carton of buttercream frosting, added red food coloring and mint extract, and lightly frosted them. Pretty darn good. Thanks!
