      Lovely banana flavor in these fritters. Tasting the batter I did increase sugar up to 1/2 cup, not too sweet at all, and salt to 1 teaspoon. I also added 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.

      Very good. I sprinkled with powdered sugar and some ground cinnamon. Thank you for posting. Made for PRMR.

      Easy to prepare, and DH loved them (I made them for him, since I don't like bananas!). He ate one as was, and felt it needed something, which turned out to be the sprinkled sugar, then they were perfect! Thank you for an unusual recipe, I was happy to find another side to my breadmachine! Thanks, mersaydees!

      These wonderful banana fritters are wonderful. The guys loved them. The recipe was easy and made a wonderful dough to drop into the oil. I did not cut them but pulled the dough apart and dropped it in balls into the boiling oil. We will make these again I am sure! Thanks for the recipe!

      Mmm...loved 'em. I served mine sprinkled with icing sugar and vanilla icecream, whilst the kids enjoyed them sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Thanks for sharing :)
