I didn't have any chocolate chips, but these were still excellent. I ended up making some chocolate sauce to go with them, but they were still good plain, two days later. I made them in an 8x8 and would not have wanted them any thinner. Thanks for sharing!

The 5 stars is from my sister (I didn't taste them ^^') I must admit, I made some changes: 2/3 cup of brown sugar, little bit less vanilla, no nuts and white chocolate chips. Next time I'm going to check at 17 min, because my sister likes them more gooey :)

I make this often as a "thank-you" dessert, and now I'm getting asked for the recipe! :) I decrease the vanilla, omit the nuts, and use about 2/3 cup chocolate chips. I also bake in an 8x8 pan. Trust me, this is one recipe you will make over and over again!

These were delicious!! Made these in a 9x9 pan and thought they were really thin - but they came out moist and tender and very tasty!! I would make them in a 8x8 pan next time so they would be a bit thicker. Thanks cookin4my3boys!!

These are awesome! I get asked for this recipe all the time. I usually double it and put it in a 9x13 and put a little less salt. I also usually use pecans instead of walnuts! I had originally got the recipe off AllRecipes and I'm glad to see it on here! :)
