    • 1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened slightly
    • 1 (11 ounce) bag butterscotch chips
    • 1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
    • 1 cup coconut
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

      Mix cake mix and butter with a fork until crumbly.

      Pat into a greased 9X13 inch baking pan.

      Layer the remaining ingredients in order listed.

      Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
