These are tasty. I'm the only one in my house so YEA! I get them all to myself! I baked them 5 minutes longer than called for (put two sheets in at once) and they still could have been in a bit longer. I will do these again to see if I can get my baking time right. Reviewed for ZWT4.

I love anise but rarely find a recipe I really like for cookies. This one hit the spot. They are very good. I love their texture. Made for ZWT 4.

Extremely easy to make these very nice tasting cookies! I've made biscotti using anise, but never a 'regular' cookie! Definitely worth making again ~ This recipe's a definite KEEPER! [Made & reviewed in the Family Picks part of Zaar World Tour 4]

Made & reviewed for ZWT 4 ~ Kumquat's Kookin Kaboodles! I was really intigued my this recipe & was desperate to try them.... I halved the recipe (as I'd already done a lot of baking & don't want to get TOO fat this tour lol). I left them to dry for 5 hours as that's all I could wait then pushed a few tiny sugar coated anise candies into the top of each one & baked them for 6 minutes. They turned out perfect! I LOVE these cookies & will definitely make them again as they are delicious. :) Thanks Michelle for a super recipe!
