What a quick, delicious dessert! My family, who doesn't care for coconut, even enjoyed this. %u263A

Super easy, quick dessert that we enjoyed. I've seen similar recipes that call for Bisquick, but like this one that has ingredients I can pronounce. Thought this was best served slightly warm. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I too had to try this out of curiosity. While it's not what I would choose to eat if I was ordering a dessert we enjoyed it. This would be great to whip up for unexpected guests!!!

Oh my gosh this is so good and easy too! I made it with soymilk and had to increase the cooking time a bit. It's almost like a custard on the inside with coconut on the top. Yummy yummy!! My kids loved it too so it won't last long and I know I'll be making another one.

I cooked this last night and this morning I only have a half of a pie left. The only way it could be easier is if it mixed, cooked and served itself. I had to come back and state that after making 3 pies in less than a week...this pie is a hit with everyone

I made this last night, more out of curiosity. I didn't have any but everyone in my family had a piece and loved it. It doesn't get any easier than this. Thanks for a no stress dessert.
