7 Layer Cookies

"A very nice lady from the hospital I gotta go to gave me this recipe the other day and said these are THE BEST cookies ever :) I made them for the first time today and they were good. I would suggest to use a square pan ( I have a 8x8x2.5 inch glass baking pan and think that it is perfect) and might use more graham crackers next time. I am posting the recipe as I received it. Enjoy :D"

  1. I love these cookies, I remember making them with my mother when I was a little girl. We left the graham crackers whole though; and the final cookie is not crumbly. I line the 9x13 pan with parchment paper, then make an entire layer of whole graham crackers. Make them whatever size to make a full layer, then pour the 1/2 c. of melted butter on top. Proceed with the other ingredients, as per the recipe. (I use pecans).

  2. Very easy to make and delicious. I made these for a Christmas dessert and everyone loved them.
