- 118.29 ml butter
- 236.59 ml graham cracker crumbs
- 236.59 ml shredded coconut
- 170.09 g butterscotch chips
- 170.09 g chocolate chips
- 226.79 g can sweetened condensed milk
- 236.59 ml walnuts
directions
- Melt 1 stick butter in a jelly roll pan.
- Spread in pan (in layers) - 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup of shredded coconut.
- 6 oz of butterscotch chips
- 6 oz. of chocolate chips.
- Drizzle one can of sweet condensed milk on top.
- Add 1 cup of chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Remove and let cool and then cut into squares.

I love these cookies, I remember making them with my mother when I was a little girl. We left the graham crackers whole though; and the final cookie is not crumbly. I line the 9x13 pan with parchment paper, then make an entire layer of whole graham crackers. Make them whatever size to make a full layer, then pour the 1/2 c. of melted butter on top. Proceed with the other ingredients, as per the recipe. (I use pecans).
